Refund policy
Returns and refunds
If something is wrong with your item, email maygrabli@gmail.com so I can help.
Changing your mind
You may tell me you wish to return a catalogue print within 14 days of receiving it, including a print collected in Barcelona. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, this period starts when you receive the last item. You then have a further 14 days from notifying me to send it back. No reason is required.
Email your name, order reference or purchase details, and your decision to withdraw to maygrabli@gmail.com. You do not need permission to exercise this right. Please contact me for return arrangements. My business contact details are in the Contact information policy.
Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging; original packaging is not required. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it. You pay return postage when changing your mind.
For a full withdrawal, I refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery, including the mandatory €3 packaging charge for pickup. Any extra cost of a premium delivery option is excluded. For partial returns, I will explain the refund breakdown; the one-off packaging charge remains if you keep part of the pickup order.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, but may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Catalogue prints are not excluded from returns simply because they are printed after ordering. Any exception for a genuinely personalised commission will be explained before that separate agreement.
Damage or incorrect items
Please tell me if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, with photos if possible. I will arrange an appropriate remedy without charging for the necessary return of a faulty or incorrect item. If a parcel is delayed or missing, email me so I can investigate. These requests do not shorten your statutory rights.
