Shipping policy

Delivery

Prints are made to order and may take a few days to prepare before dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Orders within Europe generally arrive within two weeks; orders outside Europe can take longer, depending on customs processing. These are estimates. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available destinations, shipping options and price before paying. If no option is available, please contact me before ordering. Prints are shipped unframed, carefully rolled in a protective tube. Import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges may apply to international deliveries; please contact me before ordering if you need clarification.

Barcelona pickup

Add all your items, sizes and quantities to the cart and choose Barcelona pickup. Your total is the items subtotal plus €3 packaging once for the whole request, with no shipping charge. This entire amount is paid later by cash or Bizum.

Sending the form takes no payment, does not create a confirmed order and does not reserve stock. I will email you to confirm availability, the total, when your items will be ready, and the pickup location and appointment. Please wait for that confirmation before paying or travelling.

If your address needs correcting or a parcel is returned, please contact me so we can agree the next step. Any additional delivery cost will be explained before it is charged. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
